“The bed was a dream' the room itself was awesome. Unfortunately the heat/ A/C was being serviced and the thermostat was set at 69 degrees. We almost froze. There was no way to correct the problem except for time. The new heating units were not connected and usable yet. If we had known how cold it was we probably would have gone somewhere else. An extra blanket was not enough to warm up with. It took almost 3 hours for the temp to rise to 72, and 2 nights for it to make 74 degrees, which was still barely tolerable. Not a good situation for the price.”
