“The staff were very accommodating. We had the room we expected and it was very clean. We arrived after a regular lunch time, but were served in the restaurant even though it was between dining times.”

“Bed and pillows which were plentiful were divine. Corridors were quiet. I usually am wakened by doors slamming late at night. Doors here close a little more slowly (stick around til you see your room door has shut) but don't slam loudly as in other hotels. We had a delightful stay.”
“Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, fast internet, very well equipped fitness rooms for both cardio and strength training. There is a good bar which also serves food if you want to stay in, and a big lobby with comfortable sitting areas. The river is very close, perfect for a quick run outside. If you get a room with a view of the river (east), you also get spectacular views especially at sunrise. Will stay again.”

“The physical interiors are rather worn and dated. Needs a serious face lift. I paid extra for a room with a view but this also means being above the kitchen exhausts which also need serious repairs. Reported the noise complain which was met with negative staff attitude.”

“Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel Facilities are best up. Dining room banquets have stains all over them, Carpets were dirty. Dining staff hangs in kitchen Room cleaning great! Pool area is a disgrace... new pool umbrellas with Broken weights at bottom or new weights few out Of tables. Pool needs work. Attendant let kids run all over ...dive in pool and Generally we're a menace. A gang of people came in with a case of beer... That's when I left. When I asked for a late check out after 5 day stay On Monday was given a hard time saying the Hotel was full when it was obviously empty. I only asked for 1pm.”
