“It was good location to our dinner venue at Sheraton skyline and the hotel had very good spa and health facilities and beds very comfy. Because it was my birthday I took a chance asking for an hour or 2 earlier check in as me and my friend wanted to use spa facilities and relax before going out in the evening. They were extremely accommodating also got complimentary upgrade to a double room rather than standard double bed which I booked initially and to top that off got 2 slices of cake and a card to say happy birthday! It was so generous of them I didn't expect that. Top marks for their customer service. Crown plaza you made my stay memorable so a big thank you and I would consider coming back in the near future.
