“Was moved from first room to a suite due to noise outside. 🤗 move was handled well. Room was huge and bathroom amazing. Problem with internet, there wasn’t any in new room, took a bit to fix due to language barrier but it was fixed fairly quick.”
“Fantastic outdoor swimming pool and little beach. There is also an indoor option. The outdoor grounds were lovely and we saw the wedding chapel on the hill. There is also a little animal area with a swing. The buffet was extensive and delicious. We had a hotpot as part of the buffet which was awesome. They offer a free shuttle to the panda research centre which can be booked at concierge and stored our luggage until our return as we checked out that day. It was great being so close to the centre.”

“This is one outstanding hotel / property. The customer service was impeccable throughout our stay. The bedroom and view from it unbelievable, the lounge facilities outstanding. We opted to be located near the panda base and this hotel delivered on every aspect. They even sent a shuttle bus and concierge to meet us at the subway station ! Oh and the swimming pools were beautiful and clean.”
“The clubroom is very big with al the comfort you need! The executive room with food and drinks is a nice bonus to the room. Breakfeast is the best you can get in a hotel! The free shuttle bus is handy, because it is a bit away from the city center. Staff is friendly and eager to help you, however there is still quite a lot of staff who does not speak eglish.”
