“The lobby manager (?) Jerry has been really welcoming and helpful. He remembers my name every time I stay here which makes me feel like home. He cares about each guest's requests and help them as a friend would do. Swimming pool is a relaxing spot during busy trips.”
“The whole room was well laid and big enough even to have a walk. The bathroom was spacious and mini bar was all topped up with enough options. I have not seen too may hotels in China offering so may options for buffet breakfast and being a vegetarian did not pinch at all. The servers were eager to help with more and more options in vegetarian dishes. The staff speaks english well (Even the bell boys).”

“I went in with my wife on a two day trip to shanghai, the location is a little off from downtown, but that it makes up with the area where the property is located at. Staff very generous, room bigger than most in shanghai, best thing they have over 6 variety of pillows to choose from.”
“I was there on a business trip to visit the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The hotel was very convenient as there were shuttle bus service to and back from the expo. Also, there are some good restaurants and supermarket around the hotel area. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Shanghai.”

“Really big bedroom and bathroom even if with an old style which might need a renovation. There is a roof top restaurant and a pool at the 6th floor with a Pudong area view. A super quite area...even too much since the stubborn it seems to be uninhabited even during the day time...”
