“I arrived at around 11pm, about 2 hours after I made the booking online through booking .com. It took about 15min for the front desk staff member to look for my booking, he couldn't find my booking. He was not apologetic whatsoever, finally he said that he would have to start a new booking at the hotel because front desk had yet to receive my booking from booking.com. that started another long process, then I asked whether, the room I was getting was a smoking room as I specifically booked a smoking-room at booking.com. He said no there were no smoking rooms left anywhere. I explained to him that I had chosen to stay at crown towers as I knew I could choose a smoking room, he didn't apologies just said they were busy and there were no smoking rooms left. then I asked whether crown Metropol had any smoking rooms and he said he didn't know. and I would have to check with them. really disappointing,”
