“Booking and Check-in was really smooth and easy considering we decided to treat ourselves to a night at Crown Towers. The room was amazing and as expected. Always check out the room tips on TripAdvisor as they always give great advice to what kind of rooms are the best. We requested a premium king room with city views on a non-smoking floor and that's exactly what we got! Spent some time in the pool (only for hotel guests), but didn't try the day spa or the Crystal Club, which I hear is worth the extra coin. Staff in the lobby and from room service were great, the room, bathroom & mini bar were impressive as it was comfortable and luxurious, I would stay again!”
