“The bed was very comfortable. The maid did a great job of cleaning each day. I felt very secure and glad there was someone on staff at the front desk 24 hours/day. They were very helpful with whatever I needed. Also, Ashley at the activity desk (through Expedia) was very helpful with our tour planning. I'm glad she was there on site at the hotel.”

“Room 1051 was comfortable and very nice. Pool area was beautiful. We liked all the comfortable chairs in the outdoor area. The breakfast bar was nice. Muffins delicious and the gentlemen that worked there was very nice.”
“I like the people at the valet parking they were really nice & welcoming. When we called to get extra towels, pillows, & blankets for our guest they bring it quickly. The location was really good right in the middle of Waikiki. The queen bed in the room was really comfy.”
