“Front desk was extremely helpful in offering dining and sightseeing info. We were given the photo ops directions to the parliament! Great pictures of the lovely Christmas lights along the way and light show once we arrived!”

“Beds were excellent. Not too hard, not too soft.. and very large! Lots of room to spread out on. Very quiet rooms. Never heard any noise from the hall. There was a some bass noise from "The Sens House' bar on York, but very muffled. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They smiled alot :) Rooms, hall, reception area were exceptionally clean.”
