“This night was a disaster! We drove over 3 hours to get to the area, only to be told that there was no availability . After approximately five minutes, the night clerk informed us that they had no idea how booking.com was able to get into their system and book a room. They explained that they had been at full capacity for a few days. At this point it is nearly midnight. We tried to find another hotel, but was told that there were quite a few festivals occurring in the city over the weekend and everything was book. Very disappointed!”
