“Last minute booking on a Thursday for a Friday night, they were still able to make all accommodations and requests I asked for. Staff was extremely helpful in navigating me through the city traffic to arrive at the hotel. The room was perfect. Tele has an option for either streaming tv or for cable. Room and bathroom were flawlessly clean. Floor to ceiling windows (that open which is a definite plus) make for a beautiful sleek city aesthetic!”
“Really nice and NEW! Free WiFi in rooms (every hotel should do this!!). Smart TV with cable and apps (unfortunately didn’t get a chance to really utilise this since we were only there one night). Nice shower. The hallway smelled like Jelly Beans :P has a mini-shop with supplies that you might need. Great location (you may think that, being in Queens, the location isn’t great; but it’s only one stop further on the subway, and then it’s a one-minute walk!). We stayed here on our last night because it was closer to the airport, so more convenient for the next day. However, we ended up wishing we’d stayed here the entire trip!”

“Great location, with subway station an easy, short walk away. Clean and comfortable throughout and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And it's the most quiet hotel I've ever stayed in in NYC. I couldn't hear trains, honking horns, anything! I know this review sounds like it was written by a hotel staffer but I'm telling you, this was the best place to house out-of-town guests for my son's wedding over the weekend.”
“very good location if you dont want to stay in Manathan. The subway is very close to the hotel and in 20 minutes you are in Time square. Room is good, bed really confortable. Hotel in general is clean and tidy”
