“Staff had no personality. No food or drink after 10 we had flown 18 hours !! Paper cups in room for tea and coffee had to ask for china mugs no safe only at desk ! Who the hell goes to a desk to ask for our own money !! One lovely girl behind bar long hair was fab. But sadly let down by others Biggest weekend in the stockyards and they didnt even know ! Basic is the only word I can use !Parking car with a valet when it was 100 yards to park is ridiculous And the noise from cars and night clubs at 2 in morning they should have triple glazing”

“Hotel was very modern and clean. Reception staff were kind, we didn't have much interaction with them. Location was great a few minutes walk to the stockyards. Bus stop just outside hotel took you all the way in to forth Worth centre about 20-30 minutes away. Bed was comfortable and room was clean lovely shower. Pool was very nice in the heat.”
