“Room was large and we'll laid out. TV was huge. Bathroom was spacious and had a shower stall and door instead of a tub and curtain. Everything was clean.”

“After I made reservations at the hotel my husband passed away which prevented me from making the trip. I called one week before the travel date and informed them of the death and asked not to have to pay the penalty. I was told somebody would call back which never happened. During that very stressful time I did not have time to follow up and Marriott charged me for the booking. I would not consider that good customer relations.”
