“There was no free continental breakfast, but that was ok. Staff was pretty good, except for the intimidating security guard who stood right against us while checking in and gave us the stare down when we came in late one night although we were being very quiet. The bathroom door would not shut all the way unless you slammed it, I worried that the security guard was going to say something to us for slamming the door. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and there was easy access to the pool. We were booked for 5 nights and came in from the beach on the fourth evening and they had us locked out of our room, they said they messed up and we had to pay another 177.00 to stay the fifth night, completely unexpected and stressful.”
