Staff members were really friendly and once I actually called to figure out how to turn off the air conditioning and they called me back to make sure everything worked out based on their instructions of how to turn it off, which was really nice.”

“The ride to airport was late as driver did not show however the desk manager took us so we were able to get our flight out. The noise level in the hallways were more than I expected but seemed to calm down later on in the evening. Parking was tight and not told about having a gate to enter so that was a surprise. The time of our flight made it impossible for us to get our breakfast before leaving.”
