“The front desk staff were friendly & accommodating. Jasmine was wonderful. The room's a/c was not working and she promptly came to the room to try and fix it. When she was unable to, she called maintenance & they were there w/in minutes. As the room was hot & stuffy they offered drink tickets so we could relax, & unwind in the cool bar area. By the time we headed back to our room, it was delightful and the start of our staycation was amazing. Thank you Jasmine for being great!”
