“They checked us in a room that hadn't been cleaned. Arrived after 11:00 and found the bed slept in and wet towels on the bathroom floor. After carrying bags to the room, they wanted us to walk back down to the desk to get checked into another room. Made them bring keys to the room for the new room.”
