“The atmosphere is pretty but some of the staff made me feel bad like something was wrong with me. They were not positive and uplifting. The owner made me feel bad. The first stay was fine with the whirlpool bath. The second time there was a smell, possibly mold, from the whirlpool. The staff made me feel bad that I asked for an upgrade and was not charged for one, however, it was up to the staff to make that decision not me. The staff person, Olivia, was accommodating me because I had a sore back.”
