“PROS: Room was clean, comfortable, and I like that they installed energy saving programs with lighting, fan, and air conditioning. It comes w/ kitchenette. It was 105 degrees outside, but it feels great inside. I like the Happy Hour (free 2 drinks) and free breakfast. It was also adjacent to Old Spaghetti Factory, and several other restaurants. There's also a mall across the street on Alabama. The staff are friendly and professional.”
“My daughter and I are here visiting schools and have never been to Redlands before. Yesterday I developed a blocked tear duct and needed to get a prescription filled. We hadn't even checked in but I called the front desk and asked for help. They quickly and efficiently found me a pharmacy, gave me the address and phone number and were very accommodating answering all my questions. They are renovating the hotel but even so the rooms are very clean (no dust!), big, and everyone here has been very nice. There are three restaurants within walking distance.”
