“Check in there was only a king size bed in the room when I booked twoqueen size beds. We left our room late morning and returned 1:00 am to adirty room. I asked for clean linen because we didn’t have cleanwashcloths and towels. I went downstairs to get the towels andwashcloths and the young lady also had sheets in her hands for me tochange the bed. I had to wash out the bathtub the best I could in orderfor my granddaughter to take a bath. No one offered to clean the roomwhen it was mentioned to staff. The manager offered me 8 dollars off mybill. What a slap in the face that was. One of the beds had black spotson the sheets.”

“The staff were so friendly, helpful, and personable. We made a reservation for the night but forgot to mention that we needed to bring our bikes inside our room, which meant we needed to have a room on the ground floor. Without any hesitation, the GM tapped a few buttons for the new request and we were able to roll them in. During the next shift, Jay went out of his way to set up the indoor pool area that evening so we could relax with an "end-of-the-day" swim. Saving the best for last, Ms. Emma was awesome in the breakfast room! We were pleasantly surprised to see some warm scrambled eggs and then bowled over when she asked us if we wanted some bacon to go with them! She's the star in our book! Everyone there was treated as if we were visiting in her kitchen at home. 5 Stars go to Ms. Emma!!”
