“Started out as fairly nice stay if you read my first review, as upon check in we were told was a Pet Friendly Facility. However, upon further stay realized this was not entirely true. Housekeeping staff were pleasant and the very first front office staff person we met, I believe, her name was Carolyn, was a very nice, compassionate person. The facility itself was pleasant, however the beds most uncomfortable, especially for the price! As stated previously, the breakfast buffet was fairly good, and the indoor pool and spa was nice. However, any appeal from first impressions quickly faded after what we experienced further into our stay. ”
