“The lady in charge of the breakfast space was really sweet and accommodating. There was an elevator. It was close for traveling to shopping and downtown West Bend.”
“The room was clean and staff very helpful. The elevator door was a little slow in closing, but no big problem-just need patience. We like staying here and will continue to do so when in the area.”

“The breakfast selections were very good. Unfortunately the refilling of items was slow and when refilled not exactly warm (eggs). The hotel was very conveniently located, lots to do around the area and easy access to the highway. But please note if you hope to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub be sure to find out if any travel ball teams will be there otherwise you will be competing with very rowdy and poorly attended children. In general the room was clean and tidy. Enough space but not spacious. I did expect more for the amount we spent per night.”
