“I had a really great stay. The staff was very welcoming and absolutely friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and nice furnished. The wooden design gives the room a cosy atmosphere where you can rest after a long day. If you don't like to rest, the Irish bar in the hotel invites you for a drink (or maybe two). You will also have the chance meet some locals there and share a interesting evening with them.”

“It was also one of few places that offered proper accommodations for families with more than 1 child, which is unusual in the UK. Our host (tom?) was very nice. He was also our chef and provided us with a breakfast that was over and above our expectations. We told him we didn't eat meat, assuming he would just omit the meat from breakfast. Instead he provided us with an amazing and unexpected breakfast of greens with a béchamel sauce, rice and baked beans, eggs, toast, fruit and cheeses, and even sent us on our way with a bottle of water each. Really a very lovely experience and I would recommend this rustic retreat to everyone. Overall a very pleasant experience.”
