“We stayed for one night when we arrived in Bangkok after a long and sleepless flight. We were checked in and taken to our room 3 hours before check in opened with zero fuss, everyone was super welcoming, couldn’t have been a better start to the holiday. We got the night train to to Chiangmai at 10pm Next night and we able to use the hotel’s pool and shower facilities until we needed to head to the station Which was great after a hectic couple of days exploring the city. Definitely would recommend.”

Staff are excellent (with particularly praise deserved by the personable and knowledgeable concierge Dierm). Facilities are also excellent (except the pool). The room is a perfect size and tastefully decorated with an excellent bathroom (including a nice bath). The spa with their signature message is much recommended.”
