“Never got to see the property. Cheryl who said she is the GM of the hotel hung up on me when I let her know that we would be checking in late. She wouldn't take my gift card payment (which I won in a contest and this gift card was the way to pay for lodging, dood, travel etc.) and wouldnt accept that i would pay cash upon arrival. My wife was in the middle of getting our credit card to pay the $150 holding fee and the call ended. I called back in disbelief and said we got cut off, and she said "NO, I HUNG UP ON YOU YOU. I HAVE A LOBBY FULL OF PEOPLE AND I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS." Then hung up on me again. We went to Microtel later that evening and they took the credit card with absolutely no problem. ”
