“Beautiful suite - very open, bright and comfortable. Even with the sliding glass door and balcony facing the freeway, it was not noisy at all. Airport shuttle was well organized and on time. Good variety at breakfast. Staff was courteous and helpful.”
“There were no pillow cases on one of the beds, later my sister got stuck in the bathroom. The door was unlocked but wouldn't come open. The front desk personal had to break the door open, she then moved us to another room. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well, a previous customer had left her shoe. Obviously they don't clean like their sign says ( clean like a,fine tooth comb). I will not be returning or recommending this place.”

“The room itself is fantastic. We had a bedroom with a living room. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There is also a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It leaves from the hotel every morning - but you need to make a reservation. Pick up the shuttle at the Courtesy Shuttle location (mine was D1 and D40) on the same level as the baggage pick up.”
“Really spacious suite, exactly what we needed for a three day long trip. Very clean, quiet, close to airport and the city. Free breakfast and gym access was an added bonus - my husband got a kick out of the Texas shaped waffle iron. Shower pressure was just right and the bed was not too firm.”

“A nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon and waffles. I like that we had a balcony we could sit and relax.”
“The staff were very friendly upon check in. The hotel is easy to find and very near the airport which was our requirement for our flight the next day. It is also very close to downtown Dallas, 20 minutes by car. There is car parking on site. Breakfast was ok, but the Texas shaped waffles were great. The bed was comfortable and the room has AC and good water pressure in the shower. The facility is no smoking. They offer airport shuttle.”
