“The facility, pool and clean breakfast room is overall clean. However, after seeing worrisome stains on the bed sheet + rug in an un-vaccumed room I asked for cleaner sheets or cleanser to remove stains myself. The Desk Clerk made the better decision in offering another room. As an experienced traveler I understand some rooms are hurriedly under-cleaned, and this was the case.”
