“Room was very clean and beds quite comfortable. Staff were very friendly and professional. Very good coffee at breakfast, and fresh waffles were delightful! Easy access to townsite and highways, but room was quiet even though hotel is close to the road. The room window opens to let in fresh air- excellent feature to me.”

We also loved the hot tub and the children had fun on the water slide. Breakfast in rhe morning was nice, with a good variety of foods offered. We will definitely stay again in the future!”

“I called the 1 866 number to find out the proximity of the place to where we wanted to go - but "Joe" was from Arizona and had no idea what or where "Silver Lake" was. I tried to explain that it was Sylvan Lake haha - so I said "No worries Joe, I will call them directly"! Hahah - it was funny! So I called the hotel directly and told the story to the lady on the phone and we had a good laugh! Amazing staff from her to the front end when we checked in and at the checkout! ( wish I could remember everyone's name) Kudos to your whole staff though!!! The room was super clean and beds so comfy! Pillows were perfect and we all slept like dogs! 10/10”

“Everything was good except the the noise level. We were in rm 102 and there was very loud pipe noises whenever someone flushed the toilet or took a shower on the floor above us. We were also across from a meeting room where people were loudly talking after an acceptable hour. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good.”
