“We we’re moved to a different room for second night and it was better. My husband talked to the night shift girl and she apologized and made the arrangements for us to move downstairs the next day. Beds we’re much better in this room. There was food in the fridge though and no Kleenex box, we went and got one on the cart. There was no bacon when we went by the way.”
