“The hotel should not even be open. The pool was completely drained, half the place was a mess. We were going there as a family so our kids could swim on New Years Eve. It would off been nice if they let guests know the pool was employ and the place was a disaster. When we arrived and found that out we decided to go elsewhere. They told us they wouldn't charge us and three days later they did. They said we didn't show up. I'm very upset with this place.”
