“I booked a room with 2 queen beds (picture of 2 queen beds appeared on screen) but when I got to the room, it was a double bed with a pullout. The woman at the desk was very kind to switch rooms but said booking.com did that quite often. The staff and breakfast were both good but won't use this website again.”
