“I believe bookings sent me to the wrong hotel. I wanted one close to the airport with airport shuttle. When I got to the hotel, it was 15 minutes away, no shuttle and worse- hotel did not have my reservation although I had your confirmation. They were kind enough to accommodate me and I could extend my car reservation so I could get to the airport. I am very disappointed with Bookings service NOT hotel.”
