“This was a nice place to stay. I stayed at the Hampton Inn last time. Though the Hampton Inn is a newer facility I felt that the Comfort Inn in Ellensburg was just as nice and not as expensive. I will stay here again.”

“The property was adequate if not exceptional. Things were clean, breakfast was fine, etc. The biggest issue was that when I arrived to check in at this hotel with a reservation made through Booking.com, the hotel had no record of the reservation. Fortunately, the very kind and professional desk attendant was able and willing to begin the reservation all over again and secure a room for us, giving us the original price. Since I had my printed copy of the reservation with confirmation number with me at check-in, there was no question about the fact that I'd made the reservation. The question remains as to who was at fault here for the reservation not being registered at the hotel, Booking.com or the hotel. Needless to say, it doesn't predispose me to use Booking.com again as I'm not sure who was at fault for the error.”
