“VERY impressed with the hotel and its facilities. Staff were MORE than friendly (above and beyond what is normally expected). Breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of possibilities. Rooms (at least my room) was spacious, comfortable and afforded a beautiful view (pix attached) (I've also included a variety of pix of Eskilstuna) The hotel itself is located a 7-10 minute walk from the train station (I had 2-20kg wheelie-type suitcases and a 10kg rucksack) ... (NOTE: sidewalks and plazas are BEAUTIFULLY paved with cobblestones and decorative tiles ... beautiful to look at but "hell on wheels" for suit cases :-) ... The city has an amazing history unto itself... all in all... a FANTASTIC trip for my first time to Sweden!”

“Frukosten hade stort utbud så att det skulle passa alla. Olika stolar finns det så att det passar alla personer när man skall äta. "Matsalen" där man äter frukost är på markplan som receptionen och den är ljus och rymlig. Rummet var rymligt och toaletten var bra med dusch utan att ha varken dörrar eller kliva i eller ur duschen, utan här har man tänkt på flexibiliteten av människor så att alla kan få möjlighet till detta. Väldigt trevlig personal som bemöter mig som person på ett trivsamt sätt vilket ger glädje till mig. Underbart område med parker där det fanns flera sittplatser att sitta samt utsikt över ån och kyrkan. Flera skulpturer finns runt om i centrum att se på.”
