  • Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type.Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.

• Cards accepted at this property
  • Colva Residency accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

• Check-in
  • From 12:00 hours

• Check-out
  • Until 12:00 hours

• Children and extra beds
  • One child from 5 to 12 years is charged INR 100 per person per night in an extra bed.
  • All children are welcome.
  • Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
  • Free!One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
  • One older child or adult is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
  • The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

• Important Notice
  • Please note that for all guests booking on triple occupancy the property will provide the extra person with an extra mattress only (not extra bed).

• Pets
  • Pets are not allowed.
