We went at the height of the solar eclipse,hence we can understand how BUSY the hotel is, but the staff really went out of their way to make us feel so very welcome and cared for. They gave us eclipse gun glasses, gave us the extra rollaway bed we asked for, answered all our queries. The waiters and manager at the restaurant were also very helpful and gave excellent suggestions. Will definitely come back!”
“They charger me more than the amount in the reservation. We also paId over $60.00 in parking space because the hotel resection she never told me that I could used my room's key to be able to used the public garage to park our cars. No communication”
