“Was initially given a pet-friendly room, although I wasn't travelling with a pet. There was a wet dog smell in the room, but they changed it immediately on notifying them of the issue, and I was provided with a free breakfast voucher. I don't mind issues, it is how they are resolved that matters. There's a casino on site, which is good as there didn't seem to be much to do nearby.”
“The hotel staff were outstanding, finding space for freezer packs needed for medication and changing the duvets due to a stain. The room was much bigger than expected and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I am not a fan of noisy aircon, so being able to open the window at night was a bonus.”
