Even though when I checked in I was exhausted after being up for 20 hours traveling, the girl was humorous, accommodating & extremely welcoming. The only grumpy staff member was at the breakfast buffet & maybe she was just busy.”

“My friend and I were on a car tour - and definitely enjoyed our two nights in your hotel. Your restaurant served excellent breakfasts, and my gluten-free friend was easily able to get gf toast etc. We also ate our dinner there and were very impressed with the menu. The staff were really helpful re recommending bus routes to the lake. The wineries were fascinating as well - just a short drive into the gorgeous country-side.”
“The hotel is not within walking distance of the lakeside area but there is a fee shuttle bus, run by the casino, which stops right outside the hotel entrance so the car was not needed. (The bus is for anyone, not just casino customers.)”
