“The staff was amazing! Also, the bar visitors were very friendly and we had a perfect chance to get to know more about the local culture and activities. The bar serves really tasty local beer and offers pool, machines and other activities. We could do our laundry, I could finally play piano (though it needs some maintenance), beds were super comfortable. The furniture truly has some history and that gives the place a nice atmosphere. There is a picturesque track around the town, the sea is just few minutes away.”

“It was good for it's money and the staff were very helpful. Nice quiet spot and close to the beach and good cafes. Was a good weekend away, Taranaki is a lovely part of New Zealand. The weather was very cold but the man kindly got a heater for our room :)”
