“The staff were just fantastic. I arrived really late after a stressful journey. The lady on reception was so helpful and the manager organised a drink for me whilst I checked in and brought my bags to my room. There was a brilliant atmosphere in the hotel and guests were enjoying drinks and a singsong. My only complaint is that my stay wasn’t long enough!”
