“Very very disappointed in your car park charge and the difficulty of getting a valid ticket with which to leave the car park with ease. Your staff made me feel like a fool when I told them that the four tickets for the car park wouldn’t work. The machine kept telling me they were ‘unreadable’. The lady on reception handed me back two of the four tickets and assured me they would work....they didn’t. She never did anything to them to validate or reload them.”
