“We stayed in the executive suite! It was amazing!! The BATH and shower are separate and both huge!! The BED!!! So much comfort! The room was very big with windows the full length of the room. Mirrors everywhere. It was just FANTASTIC. Breakfast was so so YUM! Would definitely stay again!”
“Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Room 462....something wrong with noise insulation looking over at racecourse. Sunday morning Breakfast...some staff obliging, others appear untrained on basics like how and where to place a jug of milk on table. Staff did not appear to be on the ball in each area of the room.”
“Beds were very comfortable, staff were average, the corridor leading to our room didn’t smell very pleasant, food service at the bar very slow after 20 wait for table we were left sitting without a menu 15 minutes and having to go to the bar to simply order soup for convenience, a further 20 minutes for food, not exactly ideal. He later booked a table for evening meal @7pm, restaurant was quiet menu choice very poor, especially for kids. Our son was very ill the following morning we had to leave breakfast, simply asked could we get toast and tea to our room we waited 1 hr 15mins there was no sign of anything coming to the room we than continued to check out and advised our order had not come to the room!”
