“The front desk people were awesome. They were very considerate with our needs, and prompt with assistance to our issues. We needed to check in early to get to our son's wedding, they let us in our room early to change clothes. Once we returned the air conditioner would not work. The night clerk came promptly worked on the unit. They put us in another room with a working unit.”

I had concluded that RSV is the hospitality armpit of North America. Finally, I've found the Clarion Inn and will never stay anywhere else ! Checkin was pleasant and fast. The room was perfect. The HD tv was the best I've seen, and the channel selection superb. The WIFI was flawless and didn't require the usual silly, tiresome and waste-of-time games like every other hotel in RSV ! ESPECIALLY HILTON PROPERTIES !! There is an excellent restaurant on the premises, which I enjoyed. Checkout was instantaneous.”
