“I was late check in and requested it even though check in closed around 2100hrs. The reception team called me and arranged the card from the auto card machine when I put in my chosen code. Ultra efficient, superb service & she said she would keep her phone on in case of any problems. All was well and it was past midnight. Much appreciated.”
