“Its clean. Only that. But the rest of the stay was very uncomfortable. We checked-in past 11pm on August 7,2017 and I asked for a late check out the following day specifically at least up to 1 to 2 pm however the staff on duty was unpolite to tell me stright that no, late check out has to be paid almost half of the rate without even letting me finish of what I am saying. To add that she was not even smiling.. well she might be sleepy on her night shift. In the morning around 8-9am i was awakened by the noice, i called the reception and they say they we're having some construction without even an apology. We we're tired from our 7hrs travel from boracay and we really wanted to rest until the check out time at 12noon but still the sound did not stop. They did not even informed us upon check in that they will have a construction during the day. Well, at least theh would have given us that 1-2 hrs late check-out.”
