“The staff went above and beyond with helping us to a watch fixed and one of the staff we with us get a replacement laptop charger that we had left at home. They were so helpful and ensured we were ok and everything was enjoyable. We never went thirsty as they had water waiting for us in the car when the picked us up from the airport and hand towels to refresh ourselves. If one of the staff were not sure of what we wanted they would get another staff member to assist us that could speak more English and this included phoning the manager to help us out.”
