“I had accidently booked the wrong day - one day earlier than I should have. This was my error, but upon realising the rooms were non-refundable and the dates couldn't be edited, I rang the hotel directly. They sorted it out with no hesitation and allowed me to change the dates; saving me from paying for an unnecessary evening's stay. This was more impressive as I had asked for this change the day before my stay. Upon arrival the lady at reception was very polite and welcoming. Overall experience with the staff was excellent.
