“The staff were really friendly at the front desk as well as housekeeping. They were patient with my broken Japanese. The room was comfortable for a single traveler, quite spacious with plenty of facilities like a kettle, glass, cup, mini fridge and hairdryer. There was also a charger provided as well as plenty of sockets to plug and charge devices. The air-con was really fast and effective. The bathroom was a good size with toiletries available to use. For any extra things like face washing foam or bath salts, you can get them from the front desk (4 items per night you stayed).”
