“It is set in its own park and this property has just openen in 2017.Professionalky restored and tastefully decorated, modernish but left the feel of heritage of the chateau intact. Lush and really super bed, beautifull and spacious room (junior suite) and bathroom. Good gym, outside walking/running and swimming pool facilities.Diner simple but of good quality and as was b-fast.Staff & owner kind and attentive.In Burgundy 🍷and clise to Germany and Swiss.”

“Super place to stay. Quite a find. Lovely old chateau that has been refurbished to a very high quality in a small village. Very easy to find and a great stop over on route to Switzerland. We had the cheapest room and got a lovely big room at the front with a great view of the courtyard and big bathroom. All new decor and very smart and stylish. Lovely pool area outside, with changing area and we delayed our departure to enjoy it! Small quirky basement hot tub and area with a pool table. Small but friendly team. I'm sure we will return.”

“This is an absolutely exceptional chateaux in the beautiful Burgundy countryside. It has just been refurbished a month ago and under new ownership and has been refurbished to the highest standard. There are 5 rooms inside the main chateaux and 4 rooms in the outside buildings (which would be great for families or groups). The staff were wonderful and catered for our every need. We ate at the restaurant on both nights and the food was delicious and good value for 4 courses. The chef cooked me a special vegetarian meal and even cooked for us when we were the only guests one night. They made us feel very special! The location of the chateaux is fantastic and set in a lovely little village but there is also a bigger town of Dole 20 minutes drive away which is really lovely. There is also a lot of wine tasting that you can do nearby. I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel enough! ”

“Uns hat die sehr ruhige Lage gefallen. Alles in sehr gutem, kürzlich renovierten Zustand. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind großzügig, zum Stil des Chateaus passend neu möbliert. Die Betten/Matratzen sind bequem und in 2.20 Länge. Die Gartenanlage mit Freibad (klein aber ok) ist schön angelegt. Da wird sich aber wohl noch einiges weiterentwickeln. Es empfiehlt sich, mit dem Auto nach Flammerans zu reisen und dann z. B. die Städte Beaune, Dijon und Dole zu besuchen.”
