“Excellent welcome and staff happy to show us other rooms when we found the first one rather dark - we ended up happily paying to upgrade to a huge room with balcony to enjoy the evening sun. Gastronomic dinner with plenty of choice and including abundant wines from the property - lively restaurant in old stables popular with locals. Attractive secluded swimming pool where we could enjoy a bottle of the property's Rose wine for 10 euro. Charming old buildings with good antique furniture. At heart of a small village - near Carcassonnne but far from the tourist crowds.”
“If you are looking for something different this is the place to go. We found the location, facilities, food and staff all excellent. The weather during our stay meant we could not utilise the exterior pool but it did look very inviting. We had two breakfasts and one evening meal and thought the food provided was of top quality supported by excellent service. Our room was a suite as it was a special birthday celebration and we were impressed by the size of both the bedroom and the huge bathroom. The suite was nicely fitted out. The location was easy to find, only 10 mins drive from Carcassonne and provided secure parking. We loved the ambience of this hotel which made our stay feel special.”
